Education

We are torch bearers for the art forms of puppetry. mask and clown. As contemporary practitioners of these ancient and archaic forms, it is our responsibility to honor their fundamental principles, whilst exploring them with the materials, techniques and spirit of our time. This is how traditions thrive. By successively re-inventing themselves for each generation, through the artists who serve them.

As we were inspired, so we seek to inspire. We honor our tradition and those members our lineage who shared with us, by paying their kindness forward. Through passing on our knowledge, we touch a future beyond ourselves. Ensuring in a small way, that the puppet, mask and clown, continue to blaze in the imagination of the human race : )

Epico Update:

Colour Concepts:

The new foam has arrived, we have cleared space in the diary, the colour concepts are complete. From next Monday we go hell for leather on the final days of building, Epico is rushing toward completion. We will be posting regularly to celebrate very milestone so stay in touch.

Our photographer finaaaallllly got back to us with the results of our December 2009 photo-shoot. We shot these in a park in the middle of a council estate whilst being harassed by the ASBO generation and a grandma convinced we were child abusers dressed as penguins preying on small children! Nice- just another morning taking culture to the masses.
